SAP HANA HA, DEV & QA on same appliance

Hi

1) Is it possible to run SAP HANA HA, Dev & QA on the same appliance? When the primary node / appliance fails I can shut QA/DEv and start the HA node (I am Ok for some downtime)

2) If Yes then,

     Will it be Sync replication or Async?

     What will be step to bring up HA when primary (master) node fails?

3) If No then

     What can be option to bring down the appliance count & reduce cost?
