Issue while importing the Transport request in Qa contains FM

Hello Sir/Madam,

can somebody figure out my below problem?.

I have developed a new FM In SAP PLM to the already existing Function group say ZD15.

This function group has 8 FM + New function module = 9 FM.

Now I just need the changes of the new FM to test in QA am transporting only the new FM.

While import the FM in QA it is showing error with SUBRC = 8.

Previously one week before I can able to  import successfully in QA with other FM but now it is getting error.
