Named User

Dear All,

I wanted to know that , Can we transfer Named user licence to Another User , Original user will be deleted .

e.g. Manoj working in IT Department of ABC Bank , Now Manoj is transfer to another department , so can we delete manoj user and add new user on behalf of Manoj ? Or we have to purchase new Named User licence.
