Hello,
I'm new on SAP and I'm trying to install SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP 7.03 64-bit Trial on my computer, which is running on Windows 8.1, and this error message appears: "Last error reported by the step: Path compenent contains reserved character ("):).
It seems that it is coming from MSSQLSERVER because it says: Path component contains reserved character ('<'): <localmachine>
I remove the angle brackets <> around <localmachine> on regedit but I still have the same problem.
I don't know what to do, I have tried other solutions, like removing double quotes " " when i can found them but it still doesn't work.
